2-month-old baby among 29 civilians killed in air strike on Myanmar refugee camp

At least 29 civilians, including a two-month-old baby, were killed in an air strike on a refugee camp in Myanmar. The town is run by the Kachin Independence Organisation, which has been in conflict with Myanmar's military junta for years. The camp was struck close to midnight on Monday, three miles from a base in Laiza town, which borders China.
