2nd victim of Danville teacher who sent masturbating video to 15-yr-old identified

Authorities have identified the second victim of the Danville middle school teacher who sent a video of himself masturbating to a 15-year-old girl. Nicholas Moseby, 41, was charged with molesting the two girls. Moseby was arrested earlier this week and remains in custody in lieu of $200,000 bail, court records show.
