3 arrested for digging hole to take shelter under bridge in Mumbai

Three homeless people, two men and a woman, were arrested on Thursday for allegedly digging a hole in the sidewall of the French bridge at Opera house in Mumbai's Girgaum. "The accused, who stayed near the bridge, had made the hole the day it rained...to keep their belongings under the bridge," police said. The BMC has already restored the sidewall.
