3 arrested for illegally selling UPSC study content online in Delhi

Delhi Police has busted a cyber fraud racket and arrested three people for illegally selling UPSC study material on Telegram. The action followed a complaint that over 2,400 educational videos were unlawfully extracted from a UPSC coaching app and sold on the platform. Police said the accused used fake IDs, forged credentials and anonymous digital wallets to evade detection.
