3 arrested in Tripura over alleged links with Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen

A joint team of Tripura police and central intelligence officials arrested three persons for their alleged links with Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB), police said on Tuesday. The suspects were arrested from the Khayokhola area in Sepahijala district on Sunday. Charges against them include waging and attempting to wage war against the Indian government, among others, an official said.
