3 coaches of Ujjaini Express derail near Rishikesh

Three coaches of the Ujjaini Express derailed near Yog Nagari Rishikesh Railway Station on Monday night. According to preliminary reports, a brake failure during routine maintenance may have caused the accident. No passengers were on board the train at the time of the derailment.
