3 hundreds recorded in a T20 World Cup for the first time ever

T20 World Cup 2026 has become the first men's T20 World Cup edition with three individual hundreds. Sri Lanka's Pathum Nissanka hit the first hundred of the tournament against Australia, followed by Canada's Yuvraj Singh Samra (against New Zealand) and Pakistan's Sahibzada Farhan (against Namibia). Previously, four T20 World Cup editions (2010, 2014, 2016 and 2022) witnessed two hundreds each.
