A LocalCircles survey found 74% of quick commerce consumers support the government’s advisory to remove the 10-minute delivery timeline. Of the 49,130 respondents who were surveyed on whether the government was right to ask platforms to drop the 10-minute promise, nearly three in four said "yes". Blinkit and Zepto have removed the "10-minute delivery" following concerns over gig workers' safety.
