3 IPS officers on long medical leave asked by MHA to appear for health evaluation

Three IPS officers of AGMUT cadre on prolonged medical leave have been directed by Home Ministry to appear before an AIIMS medical board for an independent health evaluation, The Print reported. The officers - Gaurav Sharma, Bijendra Kumar Yadav and Shankar Chaudhary - have been asked to submit medical records and undergo assessment to verify their health status, it added.
