3 kg hairball removed from stomach of girl who ate her own hair

A 15-year-old girl named Melissa Williams was in for a nightmare when doctors found a huge lump of hair in her stomach when she was 13 years old. The lump was the size of a rugby ball and weighed 3 kg. She was diagnosed with Rapunzel Syndrome. Melissa is now glad that the locks of her hair are growing back.
