3 killed, 20 injured in explosion in Syria's Deir el-Zor: Report

Three people were killed and 20 others were injured in an explosion in Syria's eastern Deir el-Zor region, a report said on Monday. The reason behind the explosion was unknown. Syrian Civil Defence teams retrieved the bodies of the victims, evacuated the injured, and put out the fire caused by the explosion.
