At least three people have been killed in violent communal clashes in Nepal since Sunday. The violence began after a dispute during religious celebrations in Sunsari district and later spread to other areas. Authorities imposed a curfew in several parts of southern Nepal after mobs clashed, set fire to government offices and police posts, and vandalised public property.
