3 lakh years old giant stone artefacts discovered in UK

Researchers have discovered around 800 stone artefacts thought to be over 3,00,000 years old at a rare Ice Age site in UK's Kent. These artefacts include some of largest early prehistoric stone tools in Britain, like a footlong handaxe and two extremely large flint knives. The artefacts were buried in a material which filled a sinkhole and ancient river channel.
