3 major records broken within an hour on historic night for Indian athletics

Three national records were broken within an hour on Saturday night at Federation Cup. Gurindervir Singh clocked 10.09s to become the first Indian to break the 10.10-second barrier in 100m, while Vishal TK became the first Indian to go sub-45 in 400m, clocking 44.98s. Tejaswin Shankar became the first Indian to cross 8,000-point mark in decathlon, finishing with 8,057 points.
