3 Russian military pilots killed after ejection seats malfunction

Three crew members of a Russian Tu-22M3 bomber died on Tuesday after their ejection seats accidentally activated during preflight checks, Russia's Defence Ministry said. The altitude wasn't enough for the parachutes to open and the three crew members died of injuries, it added. The crew was preparing for a training mission.
