'3 suns' appear in the sky over China due to 'sun dog' phenomenon

Residents of the Chinese city Mohe earlier this week spotted what appeared to be three suns in the sky at the same time. The optical illusion is caused by a natural phenomenon known as 'sun dogs'. Pictures and videos on social media showed two glowing spots, called 'phantom suns', appearing on the left and right side of the actual sun.
