3-year-old girl married to 60-year-old man in Pakistan; outrage erupts

Outrage erupted in Pakistan after a three-year-old girl was sold for marriage to a 60-year-old man for 2.5 million Pakistani rupees (around ₹8.63 lakh) in Balochistan. Police arrested the minor girl's father, while the 60-year-old groom remained absconding. Police said the girl and her mother have been placed under police protection.
