30 ads promoting child sexual abuse, 20 adult pornography ads found on Instagram

The BBC investigation found around 30 Instagram advertisements promoting child sexual abuse material and about 20 featuring adult pornography in India. Following the report, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has directed MeitY to summon Meta. The case has drawn attention as the distribution of such content is a criminal offence under India's digital laws.
