30 decomposing bodies found on migrant boat off Senegal's coast

A boat carrying at least 30 decomposing bodies has been recovered off the coast of Senegal. Authorities suspect the boat was part of a growing number of vessels attempting to reach Spain's Canary Islands in a bid to illegally migrate to Europe. The Senegalese Government announced a 10-year plan in August aimed at curbing illegal migration.
