31-year-old athlete dies during Nandi Hills marathon in Karnataka

A 31-year-old athlete, Amandeep Singh Jagade from Punjab, died after collapsing during the 21-km Nandi Hills Monsoon Marathon in Karnataka's Chikkaballapur on Sunday. He reportedly collapsed halfway through the uphill route and was rushed to Sri Madhusudan Sai Medical College Hospital. Despite receiving emergency treatment, he succumbed while undergoing treatment.
