31-yr-old US man hires babysitters to change his diapers, treat him like a child

A 31-year-old man in the US has been arrested on charges of human trafficking after he allegedly posed as a man with special needs and hired babysitters to change his diapers and treat him like a child. The man was previously convicted on similar charges after he hired babysitters to obtain sexual arousal under the false pretence of being handicapped.
