39 dead as Russian military plane crashes in Syria

All 39 people, including 6 crew members onboard a Russian military transport plane were killed after it crashed in Syria on Tuesday, the Russian Defence Ministry said. The aircraft crashed while landing at the Khmeimim Airbase. The Ministry further said that the incident could have been caused by a technical malfunction.
