35 yrs ago, it said hello: Tim Cook on Apple's Macintosh computer
Apple CEO Tim Cook on Thursday recalled the day when late Co-founder Steve Jobs unveiled Macintosh, Apple's first successful computer with a graphic user interface. "35 years ago, Macintosh said hello. It changed the way we think about computers," Cook tweeted. Priced at $2,495, the first-gen Macintosh had 128KB RAM and featured a 512×342-pixel resolution on its 9-inch black-and-white monitor.
