35k fined in Delhi for violating COVID-19 norms in 3 weeks since unlock

Over 35,325 people in Delhi have been issued challans for violating COVID-19 norms in the three weeks since unlock and over ₹7.1 crore has been collected in fines, Delhi Police said. According to police data, 29,901 people have been fined for not wearing face masks in public and 5,078 individuals and groups have been fined for not maintaining social distancing.
