35-yr-old man buying balloons in TN market dies as helium tank explodes

A 35-year-old man was killed while he was buying balloons in a busy market street in Tamil Nadu. He died after a helium tank used to inflate balloons exploded in the market area. Reports said that several vehicles were damaged in the blast and people started running in all directions when the blast took place.
