36-storey tower sways as 7.8 magnitude earthquake hits Philippines

A 36-storey tower in Philippines was seen swaying from side to side after the country was hit by a strong 7.8 magnitude earthquake on Monday. The force of the shaking also caused water in the rooftop swimming pool to spill out. The earthquake, which has left at least 30 people dead and over 200 injured, was followed by a Tsunami.
