36-year-old man gets 1st dose of Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine in Pune

A 36-year-old Mukundnagar resident became the first person to receive the first dose of the Russian COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V at Galaxy Care Hospital in Pune on Wednesday. The hospital's Medical Director Shailesh Puntambekar said, in the first phase, the vaccine would be given to employees of Dr Reddy's lab. Later, it'll be available to general citizens from June 28.
