3i Infotech reported a significant turnaround in Q4FY25, with Profit After Tax (PAT) hitting ₹26.9 crore and full-year PAT at ₹25.3 crore, reversing a previous loss from a substantial ₹313.6 crore loss. The company's operating revenue also grew to ₹187 crore in Q4. To fuel further growth, the board announced a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹100 crore.
