The third India-Africa Forum Summit began on Monday in Delhi, with the city playing host to 54 African countries, 40 of which are expected to be represented by their heads of state. According to Indian officials, this could perhaps be the first time that all 54 African nations are meeting together outside their continent. Bilateral meetings will also take place.
