3-storey house collapses within seconds amid drainage work in Puducherry

Houses in Attupatti area of Puducherry collapsed due to digging work being conducted in the area. Digging of ditch was being carried out as part of drainage work. A video from the area showed a three-storey building collapsing and being reduced to rubble within a matter of seconds. People were seen running in the opposite direction of the collapse site.
