Eating four to six servings of whole grains daily may reduce several major risk factors for cardiovascular disease, according to a study. Researchers found that a diet rich in whole grains may help lower body weight, blood pressure, and blood levels of cholesterol and glucose, potentially reducing heart disease risk. The findings have been published in the European Heart Journal.
