4 AP policemen given notice for mistreating undercover trainee IPS

Andhra Pradesh's Prakasam district SP Siddharth Kaushal has suspended a station writer and served show-cause notices to four, including SHO of Ongole Taluk police station, for misbehaving with a trainee IPS officer posing as a complainant. After receiving complaints against the station staff, Kaushal sent the trainee IPS officer dressed in civilian clothes to observe how they treated complainants.
