4 arrested for planning terror attack in Delhi on directions of Pakistan's ISI

Four men have been arrested from Punjab and Delhi for allegedly planning a terror attack in Delhi on directions of Pakistan-based ISI handler Shahzad Bhatti. One of the accused, Gaganpreet, had conducted reconnaissance of police stations and religious places in Delhi and was tasked with carrying out a firing incident. They allegedly received arms through drones at the India-Pakistan border.
