4 dead, 10 injured after building collapses in Delhi; rescue ops continue

At least four of the 14 people rescued after a five-storey building collapsed in Delhi's Mehrauli succumbed to their injuries. Police said most of the casualties were medical students. The building housed coaching institutes, cafes and offices, and construction work was reportedly underway on upper floor when the structure collapsed. Rescue operations have been underway for the past 16 hours.
