4 die, many hospitalised after drinking contaminated water in Andhra

Four people died and several others were hospitalised after drinking contaminated water during a religious festival in Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool, officials said. Three residents of Nandyal died on Tuesday, while a 50-year-old woman died in Adoni on Wednesday, officials added. According to district authorities, people suffered from an intestinal infection after consuming the contaminated water.
