4 members of terror module with links to Pakistan held in UP, were planning blasts

UP ATS arrested four members of a terror module that was sending photos/GPS locations of prominent institutions and railway signal boxes to handlers in Pakistan in exchange for money. They were allegedly planning to carry out explosions at these locations after getting instructions from Pakistan. They carried out minor arson incidents and sent videos to handlers in exchange for money.
