4 semiconductor plants to be ready in India by this year: Vaishnaw

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Tuesday said that four semiconductor plants will be ready in the country by 2026. During the inauguration of Kaynes Semicon's OSAT plant in Gujarat, he said the first plant was inaugurated in February, and the third will be inaugurated in July. By 2032 the country will be among the top six semiconductor nations, Vaishnaw added.
