4 Thane plots up for e-auction at ₹169 crore reserve price

Rare Asset Reconstruction Company has put four Shree Tirupati Group plots in Thane's Chitalsar-Manpada and Naupada up for e-auction at a combined reserve price of ₹168.96 crore to recover ₹955.76 crore in dues. The SARFAESI Act auction, scheduled for next week, follows default by two STG-linked firms classified as NPAs in March 2024.
