4 wild buffaloes successfully relocated to Kanha from Kaziranga

Four wild buffaloes were relocated from Assam's Kaziranga National Park to Madhya Pradesh's Kanha Tiger Reserve to revive presence of the species in the state after over 100 years. They were placed in special enclosures to help them adapt to the new environment, according to an official. "A plan is in place for...rehabilitation...of 50 wild buffaloes," CM Mohan Yadav said.
