4 women accuse US lawmaker Eric Swalwell of rape and sexual misconduct

US Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell has said he plans to resign from Congress after a woman accused him of rape and three others accused him of sexual misconduct. The three women alleged that Swalwell sent unsolicited nude photos and graphic messages. "I am deeply sorry to my family, staff and constituents for mistakes in judgement I've made," Swalwell said.
