40 days after man's death, he gets 'Happy you are recovering' text from Ayushman Bharat

Over 40 days after a Chhattisgarh policeman's death, he was shown "recovering" in Ayushman Bharat health insurance system. His family said they received a message from Ayushman Bharat that read, "We're happy that you're recovering and going home." His wife has sought an investigation, stating that how such a major technical flaw can occur even after getting the death certificate.
