400 students stranded after floodwater enters Odisha school

Around 400 students were stranded on Sunday at a state-run residential school in Odisha after rising waters of the Brahmani River entered the premises amid intense rainfall. Officials said students were shifted to the first floor of the school, as it remains completely cut off due to the rising water level. Administration has started an evacuation operation with motorised boats.
