400-tonne mobile crane topples at Mumbai metro construction site, traffic hit

A 400-tonne mobile crane engaged in the construction of Metro Line 2B toppled at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai early on Wednesday, leading to traffic jams in the area. The crane was lifting a pre-cast beam when a mechanical failure led to the accident at the work site, according to MMRDA officials. No injuries or casualties have been reported.
