40-year-old Sharath Kamal reaches men's singles table tennis gold medal match at CWG 2022

India's 40-year-old table tennis player Sharath Kamal Achanta has reached the men's singles gold medal match at CWG 2022. Sharath defeated England's Paul Drinkhall 11-8, 11-8, 8-11, 11-7, 9-11, 11-8 in the semi-final. He will face either compatriot Sathiyan Gnanasekaran or England's Liam Pitchford in the final on Monday.
