41 years and still space truckin': Farthest man-made object

NASA's Voyager 1 spacecraft, the first ever man-made object to leave the solar system, on Wednesday tweeted, "41 years and still space truckin'!" Travelling at over 60,000 kmph, the spacecraft, which can detect and fix its own problems, was also the first to discover volcanoes and lightning on a planet other than the Earth.
