Vikramaditya Motwane's Lootera, made on a budget of Rs.32-crore, has
earned Rs.19-crore over the first weekend. The movie, starring Ranveer
Singh and Sonakshi Sinha earned Rs.5.15-crore on Friday but saw 25-30% jump in the collection on Saturday and Sunday, primarily due to critic reviews and word-of-mouth. While Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Policegiri' fell flat and has earned Rs.8.25-crore over the weekend.
