43 lakh voters removed in MP, 27 lakh in Chhattisgarh after SIR
In Phase One of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), nearly 43 lakh voters' names have been removed from the draft electoral rolls in Madhya Pradesh. In Chhattisgarh, over 27 lakh voters were deleted from the voter list. Additionally, over 24 lakh names have been deleted in Kerala, and 64,000 voters have been removed in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
