India accounts for 49 of the world’s 50 hottest cities today, according to real-time data from AQI.in’s live weather ranking. Odisha's Balangir and Talcher top the rankings with 44°C. Several cities from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Odisha feature in the top 50. Thailand's Tak is the only non-Indian city in the top 50, ranked at 27th.
