4-storey building collapses in Delhi, video surfaces

A four-storey building collapsed in Delhi's Shastri Nagar area on Monday. A video of the same has surfaced online. The building was empty at the time of the collapse and there has been no loss of life, police stated. The police received a call about the incident at around 8.45 am.
