4-year-old accidentally shoots dead 2-year-old cousin in US

A four-year-old boy accidentally shot dead his 2-year-old cousin at home in the US state of California, police said. The victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. The victim's grandfather was arrested and charged with child endangerment and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
